I would have returned the device and tried the Pura X, but customer service assured me their solution would work (it didn’t) and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. By the time the replacement part arrived, I was outside the 30 day Amazon return window. I didn’t have any issues with internet connectivity as some other reviews have mentioned. If I had known about this design flaw, I would not have bought this and instead tried the Pura X based on reviews.
